Of course, I mean in terms of layoffs. Are they going to intensify layoffs so they can reach a certain headcount number by the end of the year or are they pretty much done with layoffs for 2019?

All surplus thus far in '19 have been 60 days off payroll. So it will be Q1 before there is another surplus. A voluntary offer is a different story they have been off payroll the next month, so the rumor of Nov offer off payroll EOY is very likely true.
