He’s loyal to one thing: his personal bank account. To the degree that his interests align with those of Wells, he will be a good thing for the firm. But that’s not how his compensation package is structured. He is in it for the short-term only. His past behaviors are ample evidence. He got everything stirred up here at BNY, but results were lacking. He’s the guy on the ship who pushes an old lady out of the way so he can get on the life raft.

We get it, he's terrible. We were expecting terrible. There was no white knight that wanted to come save us, so we got Charlie. We don't care. Getting the short end of the toothpick is kind of par for the course. He's not your problem anymore so please, move on and let us focus on our own problems.
