When you are buying back shares, you don’t have a debt problem, you just have debt. When thousands of level 3 on up still get that 35%-40% yearly bonus on 200k and up salary, you don’t have a debt problem, you just have debt. when you are adding board members and creating new coo, vp, and whatever other titles, you don’t have a debt problem, you just have debt. Like with everything else put out to the public over the last 10 years, all a false facade. But those of us who actually connect the customers daily, in wind, snow, rain, slush, weekends and holidays, can’t even get a pencil to write with because there is no room in the budget.

We are belt tightening but the new Optimization dispatch program with no turfs has us driving all over the place. Fuel isn’t cheap when our trucks only get about 5 to 7 mpg.
I work in a large metro area and just a few added miles can mean a lot more time sitting in traffic. Sometimes we drive over 20 miles at the end of day to our last dispatch while trying get thru evening work traffic.
The Federal Reserve, with its artificially low interest rates and manipulation of the debt markets (via quantitative easing) results in AT&T and many other corporations concluding that large amounts of debt isn't a problem.
Signs of a mis-managed and dying company. The senior management is raiding the tomb not caring what is left just getting the jewels in a smash and grab. I really got to cancel my wireless plan and after that I will not be giving this sicko company any more money.
I fight for work to keep in house for ⅓ of the price a vendor does it for and not as quality of a job but hey we're broke.
Nothing but a bunch of self preservationist management who are looking for there perks/bonuses/laziness not to grab this extra work for the better of the workers in the field. Makes zero sense and i hope Elliott sees this as there #1 priority and rids this company of this type of management.
No room in the budget to replace the dead battery in my voltage detector, but always plenty of spare cash sitting around for Randall to find another company to acquire and ruin.
I agree, I can only order 1 pack of batteries for my tools and flashlights. It takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for order to show up. Then I get to order another pack, meantime I’ve ran out of batteries for my equipment.
I have to use my cell phone to see while working. We’re also locked out of ordering supplies we need on upfront. We are still graded on quality of this decaying infrastructure but can’t make little to no improvements.
