His yearly pay when from 28.7 million to 29.1 million. At a 40 hour week(I know he works more but just to make a point) that comes out to $13990.38 per hour.

"A friend of mine is a VP. He said his salary is no where near the levels of senior executives"
Exactly correct... The pay levels of L2 and L3 often referenced here are also well below what's posted.
733 x my hourly pay for a retail sales consultant at the hourly cap.
@-3zvv, The $3B is nothing compared to the precious spectrum they gave away to help a competitor, there is only so much spectume to be had. https://ecfsapi.fcc.gov/file/7021861837.pdf
A friend of mine is a VP. He said his salary is no where near the levels of senior executives etc... He said the CEO's and senior executives are nothing but greedy. I could not agree more. Randall should have been fired when he lost $4Billion for the failed T-mobile deal.... What kind of id–t would give T-Mobile $4Billion for nothing! Holy cow!
When /if you get your annual raise, what are the odds that it keeps you on pace with inflation for your area? And look to see that the increase in your monthly costs of your health insurance “benefits” didn’t steal away the little bit if raise you got in your salary. What do you find?!
If my raise is about on par with last years, then the exact percentage of my raise is the exact percentage that my cost for health insurance went up. So my raise is a wash. And I wonder how many years in a row ATT has pulled that c-ap?! If only I kept printed records of it all so I could see the trends. Oh, but that’s being tracked By big brother now too.
Keep your eyes open people.
But in the meantime our insurance keeps going up and Oh, if you have a working we are to penalize you an extra $100.00 for coverage. With way this company is going, not having a working spouse is insane!
SICKENING
Meanwhile manages have to engage in a class action lawsuit to get the pension they deserve because randy's creative accounting cuts every corner to get every penny from the employees that helped him get the raise. not sure how randy and stankey can look themselves in the mirror. I know I couldn't if I was in their shoes.
I bet C-suite feels good with themselves. They’re getting raises while people are losing their jobs and local communities are affected.
The older generations of leaders would take a pay cut or no pay so workers and their families would survive until the company did better. . They abided to the Golden Rule.
What leadership, secularism rules.
Meanwhile, here in D4 land, we got a PAY CUT while our CWA sat twiddling its thumbs for a year without a contract. And then FORGOT to include a retroactive raise for the time we were working without a contract.
Randall can spell both "Randall" and "raise" correctly. That's worth something.
The board of directors is clearly not doing their jobs for which they get PAID for. Any other CEO would have been fired for the bad decisions that have resulted with employees paying for these mistakes with their jobs. T-Mobile for example - who in their right mind would even entertain a $5B penalty if the deal didn’t go through? Thousands of AT&T employees lost their jobs because of that. We have all seen big company’s fail due to poor leadership - Enron, Worldcom, Sears to say a few.
Wake up call for the Board of Director’s- DO YOUR JOB
