Doing the Right thing when no one is watching!! The opposite of what upper AT&T leaders do.

Working in an organization who has really good leaders and support you. It is refreshing. 5 months ago I worked for someone who was play acting leadership. No interest is real work issues. All he wanted to do was talk about how great he was - gag. There are really good leaders at AT&T, unfortunately we don’t have a say as to who we get to work for.

I'll be retiring in 2021 with full pension and a loaded 401K.
