FBO's Long Lead Time and Bill Morrow

They are bringing Morrow in to do cost cuts, and Weaklend's implementation of the Accenture deal ought to be an easy target.

I'm not sure I believe in Weaklend's surplus schedule, especially for quarters 3 and 4, but taking a year to transition to Accenture is wasteful. If substantial numbers of people don't leave the org or company, you are double-paying for the same work. (I know the quality won't be the same, but no one 4th line and above gives a rusty rodent's posterior for that.)

I wonder why Fete is allowing this, unless the surplus targets are told something much different than Weaklend and Arison are telling him.

I would dearly love to know how much Accenture is billing for this.

Those rolling off 3Q and 4Q have no schedule yet for training Accenture offshore employees since most of those employees have not been hired yet by Accenture. Accenture won't be able to pick up the work until later in 2020 reducing the overlap. Accenture said their employees will need under 3 weeks training and can take it from there relying on the few T employees not surplused who are SMEs. It will be a cluster F.
