Genisis is a giant t–d. Waste of money, enough guys on light duty to fill the role. Cant get rid of the fmla warriors? Put them out in the cpe cages instead of being manager drivers. They get paid twice what the genisis folks do to sit around and s— oxygen. Cant climb a ladder or gaff a pole, scan cpe and place it. Send them out through the area to clean up cpe issues and sweep out shops and pick up trash.
nothing wrong at our DTV warehouse... of course, no one here knows about that one.
Genesis contract ended in October and wont be renewed.
Everyone that works in the warehouse will be moved to Genesis or replaced
Headcount that can be outsourced
