If at&t is so worried about churn why do they turn down partial payments with a PA to customers who have great history ? It’s as though they want us to fail!

"cutting their employees throats" Wow, you may want to dial down the hysteria a bit.
ATT claimed they would "create" jobs if the tax cuts passed, and just like every other US corporation, they slashed 32k workers, and continue to slash middle class jobs, all in the name of higher profits, but the real question is, who does att market to, when nobody can afford the c-ap services they sell.
I cut the cord 5 years ago, have a digital antenna, and charter for internet, and I wouldn't even have att cell phones if my wife didn't insist on them.
They got billions in tax cuts and have been aggressively cutting their employees throats ever since.
