Retail emps make about $8/hr. Why worry, you have nothing to lose.

Real nice @phm- I know everyone on this board hates retail people -but we’re not all bad- some of us are just hard working people who work wherever we can to make a decent living. But to wish people to lose their jobs, for a most likely nothing stock jump- you make me sick. But you are right. COR will be closing many locations and selling off to AR. Makes sense to the company. They already push as much as they can online as well. I’ll be fine, I don’t have my head in the clouds like many in retail, thinking they’ve got lifelong jobs with “ so much room for growth “. The company will keep Flagship and high profit locations, but the writings on the wall for COR. Just a matter of when. Be prepared is what I tell people.

Imagine the stock jump if COR locations were closed and at&t went to straight authorized retail and national retail. $$$

retail can't be outsourced or replaced with cheap labor h1b. you folks make just enough to survive, you wont be touched.
