FBO - What Levels Are Surplused

Only 1st and 2nd levels in my group were on the surplus prenotification calls. Some ADs were on safe calls.

Does anyone know if directors and AVPs were given notice of future surplus?

I'm wondering if they are keeping some supervisors to manage the Accenture contractors.

BTW, there are over 160 Accenture people under Weaklend in Webphone.

That is the way they protect their own, always using the excuse "it came from above" while crossing you off the list.

To be fair, outsourcing and surplus decisions are being made above the AVP level, and most likely above the VP level, too, although there is discretion at those levels, regarding individuals who stay or go, but the numbers come from above.

it's always the "forced from above" excuse here

Our Director told us the AVP he reports to in Chicago and the VP don't agree with this Accenture deal and "it was forced on them from above". They must feel their jobs are in jeopardy. However, the AVP did keep the brown nosers

There will probably be 3rd levels being surplussed. Accenture defines them as Delivery Managers to keep the system functioning for at least a year until Accenture can take over the IT application management.

Some 3rd levels were surplused. People are saying it was geographically decided but not necessarily the case. I’m In MO and 4 of us got it.
