FBO END OF OCTOBER OUTSOURCE/Accenture update promise

Promise broken. What a surprise. Playing with peoples lives with no consideration about what people are agonizing over. No one word about our fate. Preaching ethics but showing none.
Anyone know anything solid at all?

That’s right, they can change their plans at anytime, as they see fit, regarding the timing of surpluses. The timing will
probably depend on how fast Accenture can get up to speed.

The decision to outsource billing ops to Accenture has already been made, and the budget numbers going forward will not change that.

And now they’ve decided who is going and who isn’t, so the only open variable is the exact timing of the departures.

FBO employees, I think we got hustled again. We are given promises of late 1Q, 2Q, and 3Q surplus letters in 2020. Some people are safe for now. We heard some BS about automation and modernization... Under this VP and these AVPs? What a joke.

Nothing in writing which means this is subject to change at any time. I think they realized they couldn't delay announcements any longer so they did this.

Can't trust these people. Mags said our budget was great in August. When they need to show Fete budget improvements, the rules will change again. Maybe they are hoping enough people take jobs outside the org they won't have severance hit Maggie's budget.

Please make your own plans.

Noon central time... early 3rd quarter 2020 surplus "pre notification"....whatever THAT is supposed to mean. Still not trusting "then" at all on this deal.

Finally got mine at 8:00 PM Central. I am in the 11:30 Central call. Also a call at 2:00 PM Central. I am guessing the bad news call is the early one.

And having the notices today gives them the ability to comply with requirements and let you have 60-days advance warning prior to a Dec. 31 last day.

So it will be the one good call, one bad call method. With few people invited to both calls.

Domestic FBO managers will receive an email invitation for a conference call sometime today, Thursday 10/31, which will take place tomorrow, 11/1. It will probably come late in the day as that seems to be the M.O. There will be multiple calls. By EOD tomorrow we should all have a much clearer picture of our individual fate. Good luck and God bless.
