More are on the way after the span and control benchmarks are finalized. Stankey is big on a flat structure with few levels of management. For example, if you are a L4 you should have a minimum of X direct reports and X total employees in your organization to justify the band/title. Filter that down the hierarchy. Donovan more or less left it up to the organizations as long as they fell within established parameters. If you were around when Stankey told L4's and above to move to either Dallas or LA, this is similar just without the relocation. It will depend on the organization(s) but the analysis is being done and refined. It will mean fewer promotions between bands as there will be less positions past L2. You can figure out what that will do to the overall talent pool.
Very very soon.

C&E and Cable repair/TFS on December 15th.
Any idea which groups?
More reorg announcements up to VP/President level being announced today in some groups, budget is number one focus across the board and in the recently announced 3rd qtr results leadership acknowledges pending changes in an effort to appease the Elliot Group. I think it’s safe to assume more layoffs are coming and coming soon. Leadership referenced a “three year plan” so I would imagine we will see reductions in headcount in 2020 and beyond
