that was like a low budget, low talent, Apple product launch show
$14.99/month to watch old TV show re-runs old movies and a bit of original content. No thanks. Yeah, I know the movie studios are churning out new movies but how many of them are re-do's or re-boots? How many times can you re-make a movie and expect it to make money?
It's more of a save the date thing. This service will launch in May 2020 (maybe). Even if it came out by the end of the year it would be too late and would cost too much vs the competition. Consumers are already subscribed to other services, Disney+ coming in two weeks and bundled package with Hulu is coming along with ESPN to add on. So to get them to switch to a higher cost streaming service won't happen next year.
