I heard their placement is being extended until January. Any truth?

November 23rd is the off payroll date for the D3 3rd quarter surplus. It was extended 8 weeks from the original date in September.

Surplus worker here and have not heard that. Would be good to know since off payroll date is soon.

They are. I’ve been through 4 surpluses with Bellsouth and all of their HR staff, including the ones that coordinate surpluses, are contractors from outside agencies. There are no real AT&T employees interpreting the rules of the contract during these surpluses.
