"Here to stay"? Just because he may not leave in 2020 doesn't mean he can look forward to a long tenure at the helm. He is a very big liability to this company, and to the value of Elliot's investment. A 30 million dollar failure who has run out of rabbits to pull from his financial hat. He is a corporate case of dead man walking.

Well, Randy through 2020, but looking for a successor now. CEO and Chairman role split. Some kind of 3 year plan - will make more money ─ in other words, aye, aye sir (to Elliot).

This story is far from over. Elliot has gotten what they wanted (new Board members and the split of the CEO/Chairman positions) in exchange for not pushing for RS's and JS's departures now. However, if results aren't better in the near term, this will change.

Yes, and of course, I hope he keeps a short lease on Stankey. And the 3rd Quarter earnings report was good. Glad I'm not in an area that could be considered not core.
