Is it true that FBO is delaying the notifications to employees by another month while the Accenture deal is re-evaluated?

Being in FBO - I have not heard this rumor but I can confirm that this "Knowledge Transfer" is a complete disaster!!
Not sure which side is to blame but I do know that Accenture thought they could come in and automate a lot of the functions - they are now realizing after meeting with many of the work groups that this work can't be done by automation or bots!! Need actual thinking people with real life experience to do this work! Oh well...….
Lots of people in FBO are talking about this. I'm beginning to wonder if leadership and the outsourcing team are capable of putting a schedule and list together. Employees are frightened and angry but still cooperative right now. I expect that to change if we continue to get jerked around. Besides, what's the point? Leadership and Accenture will find a way to call this a success no matter what happens to the customers.
Not surprising and is apparent the FBO org has no coherent plan and their lack of leadership has this all in disarray. As they scramble to keep their "friends" employed, the good workers know skills, talent, ability have nothing to do with who remains employed. They should clean house starting at the top of FBO
Looking at the history of FBO-related posts, almost all of them have been accurate. It's hard, we definitely aren't getting any official direction, even when we press our directors (level 3s) pretty hard. The only real information I have gotten has been from rumors and this site.
I heard that directors are upset because inaccurate info is being shared and it's scaring their people. That's what you get, guys... Either share the info you have or start making your own decisions and tell your teams what you want done to prepare for the outsourcing. Telling us everything is business as usual for now while we know the supervisors are looking for jobs too does not cut it.
To the people sharing information on this site, thank you so much. I don't know if the lack of info is due to the NDA or to a complete collapse in leadership, but thanks for sharing what you do know.
Yes, it's Finance Billing Operations under Maggie Weaklend (VP), who is under Joni Arrison, under Dan Fete. At this point, from what I can ascertain, everything is speculative. No one seems to really know what the timelines are, if they are being reevaluated, etc. - at least at the 1st and 2nd levels. If they do know, they aren't talking. If someone has legit info, which is fact, they should cite their source. Otherwise, treat the "information" as rumor. (e.g. the comment in this thread stating "Yes absolutely true.)
