My relationship with at$t is - they pay me, I do work. No rah rah c-ap, I try to drown out all the s— ups, wipers and hijackers (people who steal your work and ideas). The victims, people who make up events that never happened, like hotel rooms getting broken into, fake cancer, all to get promotions or have mgt think twice about laying them off. I call these people BAITERS.
Had to change what I get out of the relationship in order to survive AND NO CONTACT WITH BAITERS.
The town hall will have cheerleaders and marching bands in order to get the enps scores up from ‘0’ trust. He will wish everyone a good holiday, then the surplus notices will come. Maybe we can join that K-GUN LAWSUIT.
Yeah, how are you supposed to see that? Even if someone was that bored and really wanted to watch that c-ap, its not like the company gives you time off for that.
It will be a rah rah speech. They may role put their new vision for 2020. Keep working hard, you guys are important to us. Yadda yadda. I highly doubt they announce any layoffs. As another poster stated, they don’t considers rebadge and outsourcing a lay-off.
Didn’t get that email. Who is leading the call ?
Irrespective of recent outsourcing events, the 1M+ subscribers lost that will likely be reported, the debt, the Elliott issue, low morale, a jacked up rollout of the streaming products (s), and the rediculous price increases – Jeff will tell us how great things are, we are on track for 2X EBITDA, that our 5G won some speed test award for the 2nd consecutive quarter, we need to keep cutting costs, and all this would not he possible without you, the great employees of ATT Communications. And, because he does not consider outsourcing a surplus, he may mention there are no surpluses planned for the remainder if the year and ot mention anything about outsourcing.
Discuss recent org changes and priorities .... Would think any other potential outsourcing /layoff having folks off role before year end would be announced before this call
AT&T is spinning off legacy in to its own subsidiary and Randall will be leaving the company at the end of the year. His replacement may be Lori Lee but that hasn’t been firmed up yet.
