Don’t forget the WiFi survey @ every location too but management complains about HPC when they keep adding more tasks to our job. HPC matters because it’s factored into their bonus. There is a law about diminishing returns. Technology can only increase productivity to a point.

Aging non-maintained facilities, traffic, unnecessary tasks, poor cell service in areas for access to tools on iPad and everyday software tools that won’t or poorly operate, micromanaging managers and unable to physically speak to support, only smart chat. These are just a few of the challenges outside forces face to just complete a dispatch.

Take the handcuffs off of our very experienced workforce. Most have been doing this craft for decades and inexperienced managers plus big data has been a millstone around techs necks. They impede good quality service. The results have proven this fact.

One of the biggest downfalls is when individual at risk bonuses became tied to salary. Outside forces are top down micro-managed by the big data dashboard. Management continues to ignore our roadblocks and issues but focus on what will get the bonuses. They no longer have any power to address any issues or concerns and if they try it falls on deaf ears. Our customers, support & technicians are suffering.

Yes, we know we are fairly compensated but morale and customers are suffering. We are boots on the ground and seeing how devastating this is to our company. We want the company to succeed! Layoffs isn’t good for employees or the communities they work in that are also affected.

Most technicians are embarrassed to wear their uniform after hours anymore. There used to be a sense of pride to work for the phone/media company. We now hear a lot of complaints which used to be extremely rare.

I hope someone in leadership can correct the titanic!!

The True Copper testing and 3 cones will save us all.

"Spin is as it has been - these are paying customers on promotion that are not very profitable and we no longer want them." lol that strategy gets me laughing. a business not wanting customers lol. must of been micro-degree I didn't see to learn that strategy.

Probably lost all that $$ because my HPC has been high this quarter...for some reason this copper doesn't seem to be getting any better and it's making it tough for me, but I'm gonna try really extra hard this quarter.

They know what their results are on an ongoing basis. Dumb to try and tie it in to quarterly results.

Management layoff is increasing. Loosing customers and managers go hand in hand. Please prepare and learn a marketable skill.

Layoffs will increase until customers want att services and t listens to their customers who are suppose to be the boss. Not the other way around.

Layoffs to increase after 4 QTR results also. The layoffs will continue until morale improves.
