We have a meeting for the entire teams includes managers it was not set as confidential Friday 4-5 which I thought was odd . Guess we wait 🙁
For virtual workers you are sent a confidential meeting invite for the next day and your regional manager and coach will be present in that meeting. After the meeting in the next couple days you’ll receive a packet from HR

I think we all need to remember that this is a very stressful time for all of us. There is no need to snap at each other. We are just trying to find out more information and didn’t mean anything by it!
Why would anyone share what department they are in? Everyone posts here as anonymous for a reason. Don’t ask anyone to reveal that information for your personal ease. That was just rude.

Of course that is when it will happen so Humana won’t have to pay out the biometric or AIP bonuses to anyone impacted. My boss has had private meetings every week for the past few weeks. She is also going into the office every week when she normally works at home. Merry Christmas, NOT.
Heard all lay-offs will happen early to mid next week. All managers were alerted last week with meetings with HR This week on how to conduct the dismissal. No specific teams or departments mentioned. Will happen across the company. Heard this from a manager who has team members impacted.
