So the article shows three retired employees filed this suit....Will others seeking early retirement benefit from this? Will T have to revisit there estimates overall based on ERISA gov't regulated actuarial estimations as the article indicates T has not updated in over 10 years and is not in line with the ERISA gov't mandated amounts?
Just another California lawsuit, of several of same claim AT&T has settled in the past. The last one took 10+ years to settle, and only the lawyers made out.

Someone provided a link to an article regarding a class action lawsuit against AT&T for underfunding or not using the proper figures for calculating pension pay outs. The article goes into greater detail you should be able to find it here somewhere
