Hard to tell with several agreements to move applications and hardware support in the Microsoft and IBM cloud agreements, Accenture and Tech Mahindra outsourcing.
55 percent contractor of around 500k. 44k International mgt, 88k domestic mgt, 100k nonmgt. Not able to tell which are union vs non union

Additionally, of our total work force, how many of those are actually outsourced workers and offshore workers ?
I promise you, that number is HIGHER than any of us even imagine! Too bad, we don’t have that actual information.
