Price hikes will continue until customer retention improves.

Lay off your employees with ongoing surpluses and drive off your customers with ongoing price increases for a non competitive service while loading your company up to its eyeballs with debt.

I couldn't think of a better strategy to turn a very large conglomerate into a small, failed one. Way to execute Randy! No one will miss you or AT&T when you two are gone.

If someone dared me to run off as many customers as possible I would follow the same strategy that’s currently playing out for this streaming service. It’s insanity.

The only playbook our “leadership” is following is raising prices, laying off and outsourcing employees, and selling anything that’s not bolted down. That seems to be the only strategy at this point.

Crazy, people will go back to putting an antenna on their roof and will see the can get a lot of channels for free instead of paying for them.

Lol they have such hubris. The balls, especially after promising the nation they won’t raise prices if allowed to buy time warner. This is like the 3rd time raising prices since time warner purchase.
