Of course im talking about the leadership. This year we’ve only seen layoffs , reorgs and outsourcing,without a single concrete word about what the company is going to become and what direction it will go in. The media business, as far as I can see is not going to be set up any time soon, 5G is not even close to being a profit generator and we’re losing customers left and right. When can we expect to know their final plans?

As : @118YmDbW-1mpm said, we were told a lot of the force plans a few years ago. Even though they have screwed up on the acquisition front that hasn’t changed. What about what is going on people don’t understand. Look around. Lot of discussion on contracts. Wireless had little discussion. Got a decent contract and signed quickly. We are buying and deploying spectrum as quickly as possible. Because of First Net even the government is giving us spectrum and paying us to deploy it. Up until very recently I couldn’t drive anywhere in my neighborhood without seeing reels of fiber sitting around. Trying to mechanize every function to eliminate keystrokes inside and truck rolls outside. Doesn’t take a SVP to have a fireside chat.
Those of us that been here a while KNOW that There is no plan, T's approach is "see what sticks" THAT is the company plan,,LMAO
Yeah right, Randy woke up from sleep some years ago and said he will let go 30% of workforce by 2020. What do you guys think Vision 2020 stands for? Dust your resume and keep yourself updated until you are let go.
If I make a recommendation to buy a business that's on the downward slope like Directv and I won't have this job today. Yet, we gave TMO $2.5B for nothing. TMO used the money to buy off 2m of our customers, that's how many we lost since failed TMO deal. What are we going to do with Warner Media? $267B overdraft just to buy dying companies. Is someone smarter than a 2nd grader?
I could while away the hours
Conferrin' with the flowers,
Consulting with the rain;
And my head I'd be a scratchin'
While my thoughts are busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain.
Why do people say things like this: "The leadership didn’t ask for you opinion on how the company should be ran." ?Disregarding the grammar flaws, let's look at the assumption: who are you to question our dear leaders? Yeah, "leadership is doing such a great job! LoL.
Record debt, acquired by buying companies that have diminished in value. Yeah, great job. Keep up the good work Randall.

Does it matter? Just come in and do your job. Keep your resume up to date. Nothing more, nothing less. Go home and enjoy your life at the end of the day.
