Our unit was told no planned layoffs for the rest of 2019. However, I’m sure there will be some Q1 2020.
Nothing new right now. Most emphasis is on outsourcing implementation. Accenture has now entered their name in the game to take on many jobs
Yeah, Get a job! this one is being moved overseas. Thanks! The Tax Cut helps to expedite this process. We told you those billions in tax cuts would help us generate jobs but we forgot to tell you where on the globe. Remember we are a global company.
This will help our shareholders, board members and company officers. Now get back to work bean, your time is coming
Why do people keeping asking the same stupid question it there will be layoffs. With any technology company, your workforce must decrease to improve the bottom line. Which has been a problem lately, so this environment of uncertainty will be here for a few more years. Hold on tight, and keep your hands and feet in at all times. Enjoy the ride!!!
If you work at AT&T like me, you know that there is a good chance that we’re recruiting an executive right out of business school (that’s related to a current LVL 5 or 6) a couple of times a month hired exclusively to orchestrate a lay-off in a core business unit. Nobody told you?
You’re next
AT&T- “oh, you still work here?”
Don’t worry the lawsuit will create tons of layoffs.
compounding miseries for ATT. Red October is definitely coming.
