Make absolutely sure you keep a copy of the UPS receipt when you cancel. I had DSL U-verse at college and they wanted to charge me for the boxes even after I showed them the UPS return receipt. Everyone I spoke to said they could fix it, no one actually could.

About a year after cancelling the service, they figured it out and stopped the harassment.

Perhaps a management super-genius will figure out why all the customers are leaving and they will offer some great deals to win them back.

Nah, never gonna happen.

Osprey is 10 years to late, That is what happens when you put accountants and MBAs in charge of things. Fire Stick, Roku, Apple TV all have been out there for years and the trend is smart TVs with no additional external device required. A lot of new TVs all coming with Android, no need to rent a box. New TVs come with a Netflix button right on the remotes. Then the AT&T TV Now App is nowhere to be found on the main app screen, you have to hunt for it or download it. This is to replace DTV dishes when DTV is losing customers to cord cutters.

But but Project Osprey is going to wipe out the competition so it doesn't matter!!!

I mean, who wouldn't want to pay four times what the competition charges for a poorly designed totally inferior service when it comes from a super company like AT&T? Randal and Stank and friends are going to knock this one right out of the ballpark I tell ya!

Turned in my equipment last week and the UPS lady said that they are overwhelmed. They are driving droves out of the cable TV business!!!

They are going to lose more than a million. Projected is around 1.6. Can't stay in business when there are no customers.
