Based on internal IBM slides I've seen, 98.5% of US based accepted, 100% of Singapore and Mexico accepted. 978 were US based, 1 accepted but didn't pass a background check which means 994 US based managers were outsourced - they 15 difference is probably mostly people who took retirement.
Roughly half of the people impacted were US based.
Heard 1800+ impacted. Not sure of final # that ended up going to ibm.
Before / after showed a net change of -16xx under McRotten. This was from Amplify. The net change under Summers, where most of the outsourcing occurred was -14xx. My observation is that it was no more than 16xx. The other poster reported 978, I saw that number posted on this board previously.
US was 978, don't know about Singapore, Mexico or EMEA
