San Diego again. They got hit hard last round. LA hasn’t been touched like other areas but looks like now it is. Let’s see when the list is out.

Every quarter just like clockwork..nothing new other than the amount to be let go. Some sites don't get hit because the techs leave prior to att cutting them, thus eliminating the need to hit certain garages.

So is it 17 or 9? Not offered work elsewhere.

Is it just me or does it feel as thou ATT is making the techs hate coming to work in an attempt to quit? The level of incompetence from management in regards to scheduling, work load is something to admire...

Ashton, you can come out now. We are done being punked..

We are about to begin the public beta of the Osprey and some Prem’s are helping Specials too. Missing about 15-30 tickets daily seems to be the new norm here. I’m dispatching on installs that we’ve missed their appointments up to three times...

Well LA was loaned to the Bay Area for awhile due to the ongoing mass exodus of techs leaving for more pay & a balanced schedule. No more split days off bs & dispatch until clear. The company has no interest retaining experienced men who know and want to due the job well, even though the labor market here demands higher wages for the work.

Now they have to offer a 5k signing bonus paid in installments to get fresh meat. Might as well make it 20k, doesn’t seem to be helping. I heard one yard was down to 10 or so techs left in a BUSY turf!

Word is out, don’t bother with At&t if you can help it. You can only treat your workers terribly for so long and act like we’re 100% responsible hindering success.

Now techs and managers are networking in another way, openly discussing other opportunities elsewhere. Ha!

So if you’re turf is being loaned out that can’t be good.
