It’s very telling that they haven’t discussed employee surveys this time. They must have been absolutely horrendous and embarrassing. I know I absolutely trashed the company and was brutally honest. I’ll bet most were as well. Not that Randy cares now that he’s gone Hollywood.

@Morpheus-my experience is exactly as you described! Years and years of brutal honesty....no feedback, nothing. This year was the first one I skipped. Kind of felt good too!
If you REALLY want to get their attention for the next round of surveys. . . . . do as I did.
Don't bother participating in it. Even more effective when enough of you within your group does it.
I wrote out every concern I ever had in every eNPS since the day it was born. Seriously put some effort and thought into what was written. Not a single issue was ever addressed. Ever. Not even discussed.
But, the year I say F it and don't participate ? People lose their minds. So and So's organization participation numbers are down ! All of a sudden everyone who has never given a care in the world to what we say want to have meetings and discussions about our " concerns ".
Uh huh.
I think I'll skip the survey from now on just out of spite.
The org overall may have had rough scores but we ended up doing well in our group. An oasis in the desert I guess.
Enough of the surveys!!! Wtf
They don’t care.
Never have.
To think otherwise is a folly.
I am not sure what organization you're in but we have had L3 review as well as L2 review in my group in ATO. And you're correct, the results as shared were absolutely horrible, especially anything having to do with leadership and any confidence in their decisions, etc. An interesting change this time was that there were no direct quotes pulled from the surveys shared. That was always fun in the past.
