Texas repair techs heading to Kansas for 2 weeks to assist with the load next week. Seems weird that loans are getting shorter and shorter.

Perhaps they are going the C&E route. No longer spending time and money to repair and replace a lot of unused facilities. Lots of aerial drops in my area that haven’t seen dial tone in years.
