Retail manager base salary

Are there any retail sales managers on here that would be willing to share your base salary. I don’t think that mine is aligned with others in my area and I would like to get an idea of what some others were or are making as their base

Not a manager. SE D3 Mobility capped hourly. $19.07. Then the commission rather “at risk” is $1200 a month. Don’t get half of it the past few months because it’s been slow.

Why would you not go for a business role? The account reps make more than that. All of that information is public knowledge on the compensation website

Wow.
When I retired as a lowly systems tech I had made 6 figures or close for 10 years.
Enjoy your fancy title.
I retired at 55 with 37 years in.

Doesn’t it depend on where you are located?

Mine is 54,000. I’ve been with AT&T for 19 years and a manager for 12. I have a degree; I am hearing that new RSMs base is almost the same/more than mine with way less tenure and no degree
