Reminds me ... How is Digital Life faring these days? Seems like the company spent a year Uber-hyping the technology, but by launch time home automation was everywhere.
AT&T always seems a day late to the party.

Unfortunately, AT&T was more than a buck short (in the sense that they over paid) and more than a day late, as usual, when they purchased TW. Exactly the same thing happened with Direct TV. They over paid at the peak of the market for that asset and then saw the revenue and number of customers start to crash. Obviously the same thing is happening with TW in the marketplace. If you want to continue to hold T stock, you have to ask yourself the following question. Do you think Randy and the boys can better manage a content and streaming company better then the guys at Disney or Comcast who have been in this business for years? I you answer no, then sell your stock. If you answer yes, then please contact me. I have a great opportunity for you to own a bridge located in Brooklyn, NY that is will give you a great deal on.

At least AT&T did one smart thing: They branded the new streaming service MINUS the AT&T name which everyone still associates with landlines and poor cell coverage.
