Any news on Legacy "T" Contract Being Ratified?

Looks like it has been ratified, just saw links from Yahoo FInance and Bloomberg
Are you referring to Legacy T Out of Region? I'm with what I though was Legacy T - the old AT&T prior to being acquired by SBC but Judging by many of the commenters here I suppose Legacy T is considered "In Region" SBC ,Bell South etc.. If so I am also curious as our ballots were due back by 8/1
