I heard there is a voluntary offer for staff associates in the west. Any offers for service rep titles?

Voluntary means no package. Just leave

There are too many staff associates who do nothing all day except surf the net, walk around and act like you’re bothering them when you ask them a question! Actually att is paying a lot of people to just sit around but get rid of some of the people who are really needed.
They finally caught up to those whose only skill is keeping a seat warm?
