The moral of the story being, do a half as$ job, you get half as$ results. Successful businesses invest in their workforce to deliver a superior product.

And then you have Randy and Stinky's AT&T which believes cutting every corner imaginable, laying off critical personnel, and demanding the impossible immediately from those remaining will lead to a win.
