401k changes in TA?

We are barely getting a 4% match in 401k for top craft. Why did they drop (+) changes from final offer(s) to the TA? People have to stick around forever to build up a few dollars when you only see 4% match. Better off in the final offers then the TA.

In D4 I believe maximum matching contribution is $60 per week. It’s not based on a percentage of pay. That figure has stayed the same for years.

I believe our 401 is unchanged from the previous contract in this TA that has yet to be ratified 6% match with the company matching 75% of that. It was previously two thirds until the union allowed the company to eliminate pensions for new hires in the previous contract

Why? Because our puppets (union reps) have no clue what they are doing. Each contract has been worse than the one before that, yet every 4 years all we hear is “ this is the best we can do”...they are either dumb as a rock or someone is getting a nice kick back.

No match ...but how much one can put in of total earnings to be matched which should be around 80% or better. Unions here have forgotten to address a lot of stale benefits over the years while giving up health benefits at an alarming rate
