They will just outsource it and then they will lose the contract. Just like datacomm lost a contract with the FAA because they were too cheap to buy more than one test unit. A problem when you have multiple dispatches. Also, they took away our cell phones. Left one in the office to be picked up on our way to FAA site. Hopefully the last guy had charged it.
