Its not a question of either or. Express your feelings in all places. The current problem is the higher ups are not interested in change so no amount of feedback is doing it. Hopefully someone will eventually notice

We need to vote SA and VG out in every survey , employee update, Kyle call and Hans job call.... it’s the only way

@Raj. you can put whatever you want on pulse, but this forum is viewable by the public. The current CEO of this company was fired from his last job for embezzlement from a much smaller company and isn't going to give two shakes to the opinions posted on an internal company survey.

you 100K makers will never understand the needs of million buck makers. You need a vacation home, a farm house, City condo, parties with $100 bottle wine....its tough up there. How are they going to maintain their lifestyle up there if they do not have VA AND SA working for them down there. They know sa and vg are cancer for your level but they need them to keep their lives cancer free.
Those two slaves are the best slaves any corporate house can own. These two will run with pretty much whatever you give them.
They are very much thankful to all the fake interviews the American Managers took and presented to INS saying they could not find as good of an IT employee as these two. They will never forget this favor and will sell anything ( humans, employees, and parts of company) to please their masters.
If they get fired...they will easily be hired at another american corporate house because slaves who can run with any order you give them are hard to find.
Gents and ladies we have to own this issue. I know we use this board to say what’s truly in our hearts but Kyle and Hans clearly ignore it. I also know we in no bloody hell believe they don’t monitor us on pulse. But we have to be vocal about SA and VG , they Are a cancer and plague for a healthy IT ( as is some of the new VPs who have no clue on tech but love to wine and dine with the vendors and trade shows .... yes we know who you are). Be bold, I did, speak out on pulse. This blog won’t change anything

Nepotism is rampant, intentionally hurting the careers of the competent resources . Money is getting wasted with no accountability , corruption is apparent.Work environment is toxic. So many of us would leave if not for indentured servitude that is the PERM process.
No. They both need to go. I know most people I talk with expected Kyle to clean house. No one understands the delay. It can’t get worse.

No, they both are the most incompetent. The both of them continue to slaughter the IT professionals' future well-being and are being rewarded with high compensations.

Sadly no. Both lack honesty and integrity. They over prep every communication and it shows. The worst was SA when he had to explain the move to infosys. Every VG communication is poor; it’s clear he does not care and has a huge ego.
Hopefully Kyle or Hans fixes this soon, even with outsourcing we deserve a lot better.
