District 4 members

So how do you feel about your tentative agreement ? Voting yes or no ? What are the details of the new agreement that you like or don’t like.

More Layoffs are coming and that's a fact. The Union didn't address Surplus payments and that's a fact. Payments haven't gone up in years and that's a fact. Send the Union back to the table with District and have incredible leverage and that's a fact.

@1brf, if you can't handle employees discussing important issues that affect their job with this company, you're more than free to leave.

@1brf....can't get much info from the contract sites and if you do, it's only what they want you to hear. Layoffs, the contract, and the job all go hand in hand, if you dont like it leave.

Sorry if you were offended We have had a water mark for technicians in previous contracts and our TA lowers that by 100 so that means upcoming layoffs. Discussions about contracts and TA in many cases either lead directly or indirectly to upcoming layoffs. Did you by any chance troll the other thread about contractors doing craft work

This is a layoff site, not a union contract discussion site. Take that c-ap back to CWA sites.

I’m a NTS in the northeast with the original AT&T that was foundering before SBC bought us. Reached a tentative a couple of weeks ago after 15 months Our bargaining committee stated that they were completely circumvented by The National and are emphatically stating to membership to vote no on the contract Retro pay is only going back for 6 months and getting a 1 percent increase in our pension which I s a joke

I expect that just about every Prem Tech will be voting no on this failure of collective bargaining.
