How worried should I be? I work from home and I am not in one of the major hubs. I have a family and want to plan ahead instead of just getting a bombshell your fired or you need to move you family across the US

But remember depending on how long you have been there you can get a decent severance. You can also claim short term disability and get paid while you look for work. On the other hand if there a lot of W.F employees near you you may be looking all looking for work at the same time. But may not be in the same field so it may not affect you as much. Pulse you are in a marketable field. Just pray we do not get hacked cause that’s all ur interviewer for your new gig will ask you

It may be a year out but knowing Wells it also could be 2 weeks before this coming Christmas. Especially if the coordinated attrition helps pad the earnings numbers.

They will say goodbye to you if you don't relocate to one of the hubs. No more working from home.
