I heard Saul say that they don't want to force families to relocate during the school year. I hope this is true, as I don't want WF related stress to bleed over into our personal lives and impact my kids.

That would assume WF cares about your family. The fact is they don’t care about you or ur family. They want positions moved so they can start showing costs savings quickly
A lot of the "relocating" will be to India hubs and not US. More seating is available off-shore.
it will be interesting to see who actually will be offered the option of relocating to a hub
I have heard that said by a couple of managers. How to tell if it's true or not is unclear to me...
