Anyone know what employee levels were affected for the enterprise outsource of tech dev? Were all levels affected, or only lower levels and management remained with att?

I have seen IBM miss target dates many many times
In my org about 270 people were impacted. (So about 25% of the total number)
AVP staying at AT&T. Directors and below are headed to IBM if they do choose.
Missed due dates result in termination at IBM.

Got a few friends that work there. When you are dealing with big external customers target dates are real and job affecting.
Nervous about something? Ibm is a tough task master. The net result of JPMC or Morgan Stanley having their data center down far exceeds a few i phones with bad signals. Different level of pressure and technology. Ibm doesn't not care about people and will grind YOU up.

Do you realize that most "managers"are not supervisors? What is your definition of the difference between "lower levels" and "management"? Is a first-year programmer, a manager, not a lower level?
