Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

In defense of Randall

Do you think that Randall, a boy scout who helped little old ladies cross the street, is going to bankrupt their AT&T dividends and savings and take that golden parachute? I think Randall has been given some bad advice like that the FCC would have approved that merger.

There is no defense of him at this point in the game. His company has been on the ropes for years, the barbarians are at the gate, and he has to hire Goldman Sachs consultants to help him figure out what to do! It is time for the Board to clean house before the take over artists do it for them.

Randall is working on a Boy Scout performance metric system, BSMSOC. Those Boy Scouts that don't meet their targets for 2 months in a row will be put on a Performance Improvement Plan in order to improve their numbers. Those that don't will be kicked out of the troop.

Also, in the interest of efficiency, Randall will be reducing Scoutmaster positions. One Scoutmaster will now manage 4 troops. The Assistant Scoutmaster position will be outsourced to India. If a scout needs to speak to an Assistant Scoutmaster about meeting his performance targets, he can call in to India and sit on hold until he reaches 'Bob' in scout support.

Maybe T should spot paying crocked lawyers for advise and favoritism. And actually do their own research.
