I have ever experienced by a good measure. I know very few who are willing to follow the current leadership team into battle. Hubris, Arrogance, and Incompetence in all aspects of their actions.

It's sad - and all done by design
The lack of morale is everywhere. I am kinda late to At&t (under 20 yrs service) but I have several friends that are first lines, a few that are second lines and two that are directors. Knew them before my career at AT&T. None of them understand the current leadership direction.
God Bless Ya, at least you spelled "morale" correctly....if anyone else complained about low "moral" I was going to lose it altogether.
