The problem with the SVPs and VPs is they have gotten rid of everyone that knew anything below them. They sure don’t know or care how the business or applications work. They never liked it when the people in the know told them how things worked and then told them their ideas were flawed. Lordy help us all.

IT is over staffed at both levels. We add more directors and above and are short handed significantly on the people who have to do the work.
