Mobility leadership

I have worked here for 15 years and this is the worst I have ever seen. Cell sites left off air Area managers that do not respond in general from director down no one seems to care. Its all about making a spread sheet happy. I wonder how long we can do this before we are no longer 2nd to VZW. I really hope we can get some better leadership in wireless ASAP.

The 3 biggest incompetence that this company is doing to hurt itself is 1st- COLLAB BS, 2nd - Buying 99 BS companies that don't and did not add up to revenue 3rd - promoting both EVIL STANKEY AND MCELFRESH.

I remember when I would gladly wear my work shirt showing where I work. Not anymore. No way jose. We are awful people and the culture is the worst I have seen in a decade. Listening to these conference calls and the way we treat out thinning customer base is just plain sick. We are cannibalistic in our sales departments ; each stealing from one another and calling it a sale. We turn a blind eye to all existing customers because this is what management is telling us to do.....even though it's just plain wrong. The end is coming soon, that's for sure

Same in Sales. A hundred emails a day about up selling customers on non-core products like insurance and fleet complete. Managers ignore and hide in back room while RSCs watch TV and ignore customers that come into upgrade. (No commission to upgrade a customer and keep them with us another 30 months). Plenty of commission to add features after the customer leaves though... sad. It used to be about helping customers stay with us.

It’s all over. Not just your area. I’ll be leaving soon, but feel bad for everyone staying. I mean it could be worse. Trust me there, I’ve been at much worse companies. The issue is that everyone still cares and tries their best. We all take it personally and own it. That’s why it stings so much to see it go down like it has.
