T is becoming MCI, using the Enron bookkeeping techniques.

John Stankey introduced us years ago to "fungible." and www.dictionary.com defines it as "(especially of goods) being of such nature or kind as to be freely exchangeable or replaceable, in whole or in part, for another of like nature or kind."
Employees are just that to leadership. Plug-and-Play.
Also, these deals with outsourced companies are big money savers for T. They aren't "giving away the kitchen sink." T is very shrewd. The first annual report should show big increases in net income as a result.
I guess I don't understand how a company can just "give" people away to another company. Employees aren't a company's chattel. I'm sure their lawyers are sure they can do this, but I'd love to see some kind of class action challenging it.
Time to abandon the sinking ship.
This is a well worn path T is on... they will be the next Sprint. All of TechDev is being outsourced to TechM. Brilliant move... I don’t suppose we should be surprised. No one worth a sh– will stay after this.
