Getting surplussed causes financial hardship.
Forcing someone to commute 100 miles each way to an office where none of their team members are while out the other side of your mouth espousing the benefit of work/ life balance causes financial hardship too.
I’m sure it’s “a portion” of the proceeds and NOT 100% proceeds will be donated !!! After all, the company still has heavy debt they need to pay down. Still need help in paying down that debt !!!
Will this fund also be available to ALL the employees that are laid off as well and need to supplement their income ?
