Presentations are off the charts cringe to sit through. Do any of these higher ups realize that 9/10 people watching think they are full of it and want them to go F themselves? If you were a consumer and saw these types of presentations would you but anything from AT&T? When the chosen one Stankey introduces himself to HBO by telling them their jobs are going to get far more difficult and it will be like child birth you just react like a kick to the groin. So out of touch and disconnected from the situation they are in. Board and leadership havent changed much over the past 10-15 years but I would say at least $100B in market cap was p-ss-d away.

The town halls are done to protect the leadership from being accused of not sharing with their teams. They can say "we shared." Not important to them whether it helps anyone improve T.
