We had our share of layoffs,but I see a lot of folks leaving on their own.As we’re a big company, if we could count the number of people that left on their own terms, we would also come to a pretty big number company wide. However, I think that the leadership is not only aware of that fact, but they are also encouraging attrition, and that they plan to reach a severely lesser headcount at T by the end of the year, through the combination of planned layoffs and attrition.
