Our great IT can't even deploy to production in a timely fashion and correctly without issues.

For me it’s Better and worse.
Better - we use to push for results. Now no one cares. We can miss dates and not deliver and our director is ok. He says we need to get along.
Worse - I use to like excelling . My old VP would single me out for a great job. No one is really doing hard work now. PowerPoint s are celebrated
